Construction on Hock Plaza To Begin

Juba Aluminum Products has recently been awarded Hock Plaza in Durham, North Carolina.
The eleven (11) story building, a mixed use of office, lab and retail space, is comprised of 270,000 sq and the adjacent 1,100-car parking deck adds another 265,000 sq to the total project. The design features a cast-in-place concrete structure on the first two (2) stories with structural steel on the higher levels. The building is clad in precast combined with punched window openings and the top three (3) stories feature a glass curtainwall arrangement.
Juba Aluminum Product's scope of work will include the high performance glass windows and curtainwall systems.
